League Services

We understand that coordinating pictures for an entire league can be overwhelming. Therefore we strive to make your job easier by working with you to coordinate picture day. Many leagues have relied on Photographic Impressions, Inc. for all of their picture day needs for over eight years. Some benefits that keep our customers coming back year after year include:

Scheduling - We create the schedule for picture day, scheduling teams in 15 minute intervals (additional time may be needed for larger teams). We deliver order forms and schedules, pre-bundled and labeled for each individual team.

Picture Day Services - We provide fast, friendly service on picture day. Each team is photographed on time, ensuring a maximum time commitment of 15 minutes per team for photos. Each photographer works with an assistant and both are available to answer questions on picture day.

Complimentary Photos - Each coach receives 1 complimentary 3x5 photo with son or daughter as well as a 5x7 team photo.

Photo Package Distribution - We guarantee delivery of photos within 1 month of picture day. Each team is delivered in its own box, marked with team name and coach’s name for easy distribution. Direct mail to coaches and players is also available.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee – We guaranteed a retake or refund for all customers who are not 100% satisfied with their pictures.
